Refer a Client

Rebuilding Recovery Center accepts referrals from detox and residential programs, therapists, case managers, and employee assistance programs. We’re an outpatient program at 73 Belmont Street, Suite A, in South Easton, MA. Clients return home after sessions, so we work as a step-down option when someone finishes detox or residential care. We build on the work your client has already done there. When you send a referral, our admissions team calls you to talk through the details.

Levels of Care We Accept for Referral

We take referrals into three levels of care. Each client starts with an assessment, and our team confirms the right level before treatment begins. If you’re unsure which one fits, send the referral anyway. Our admissions team sorts that out with you on the call.

Full-Day Treatment (PHP)

Gives structured care during the day, and clients go home in the evening. It fits clients who need more than a few sessions a week but don't need 24-hour care.

Half-Day Treatment (IOP)

Meets several days a week, which leaves room for a job, school, or children at home. It fits clients who have finished PHP or whose schedules can't accommodate a full day.

Virtual Treatment

Runs sessions online for clients who live far from South Easton or care for children or an aging parent. Clients need a stable home, a reliable internet connection, and a private room.

When you refer, indicate the expected discharge date from detox or residential care, and our team will plan around it. Clients leave the full-day program with a personalized aftercare plan. It includes relapse prevention tools and access to community resources.

Which Conditions Can You Refer to Us?

We treat substance use, including alcohol, opioids, cocaine, and benzodiazepines. Co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD are part of our scope as well. Our dual diagnosis treatment covers them in the same program as the addiction. Every plan is trauma-informed.

We also treat behavioral addictions such as gambling addiction. Gambling can sit alongside substance use, and our team asks about both during the assessment. On the referral call, share whatever you know about the client’s history. The assessment fills in the rest.

Insurance Accepted for Referred Clients

We work with PPO, POS, EPO, and HMO plans. Coverage depends on the plan, so send benefit questions to our admissions team with the referral. A client can also start a benefits check on our insurance verification page. MassHealth and Medicare aren’t accepted. If a client’s only coverage is one of those, we can’t take it as payment.
